A business plan and investor presentation was prepared for eShip-4u, an Israel-based package delivery equipment developer. EShip's Automatic Delivery Machine (ADM) network is an innovative solution for managing the last-mile package delivery supply chain, resulting in increased efficiency and profits for global shipping providers and increased convenience for your residential customers. eShip was acquired by Siemens.

Satellite communications equipment:

 

Created and executed a business plan to diversify an aerospace company that provided satellite ground stations, resulting in an expansion of global sales. The plan included sales / marketing strategy, financial analysis, technical roadmap, and strategic partners needed to improve sales and profitability. It grew the business by 44% in one year to $ 44 million and launched a new commercial product that generated $ 5 million in sales in its second year.

Underground Leak Detection Equipment

 

I wrote a business plan, including financial forecasts, for a complex startup created to develop, manufacture and market a leak detection and monitoring system for underground oil tanks. It negotiated with investors, including a state program that provided technology development grants and a corporate partner that invested in the company and provided a national distribution network.

Data storage devices

 

Developed a business plan and financial projection for a provider of data warehousing products and services. Bitcoin ATM Manufacturing

 

System design and software created for a bitcoin ATM that releases local currency in exchange for bitcoin at spot market prices. Created the business plan, financial model and manufacturing plans for assembly in China through delivery and deployment in Eastern Europe. The company is well positioned to participate in the creation of a joint Russian-Chinese consumer payments network.

Air cargo container manufacturer

 

Developed the business plan, financial forecast, and launch pad for Airtek Plastics, a manufacturer of high-strength, low-cost air cargo containers. The plan was selected as the Business Plan of the Month by the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA). With the CEO, he presented the plan at the LAVA meeting to venture capital groups and angel investors.

Hydraulic systems

 

Developed a business plan for HKX, the leading supplier of hydraulic system kits for the installation and use of attachments on excavators. As a follow-up project, I developed a marketing plan and provided consulting services in support of the company's M&A strategy.

Developed an Indian market acquisition and expansion strategy for an American industrial equipment manufacturing company.

Conducted a market feasibility study and led investment development efforts for an all-new $ 700 million cement project in Taiwan.
